  1. iPearl Inc has a standard 30-day return/refund policy and a 90-day exchange policy. All return items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items intended for exchange must be returned within 90 days of purchase.

    All products intended for return require a return merchandise authorization (RMA). You may obtain an RMA by emailing order@ipearl-inc.com. Return items must be postmarked within seven (7) days upon receipt of RMA. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the return item(s).

    Please print a copy of the confirmation or email correspondence if possible. It will help us process your request quickly and accurately.

    If you have any special exchange instructions (i.e. color change, different shipping address, etc.), please include a legible note with your return.

    All return/exchange items should be sent to the following address via USPS: iPearl Inc PO Box 1722 Apex, NC 27502 US.

    Buyers are responsible for return postage for returns and exchanges unless otherwise stated by iPearl Inc. There may be an additional shipping and handling fee for exchanges. A restocking fee may apply if returned items are not in original condition (i.e. signs of use, scratches, etc.)

    These are iPearl Inc’s standard return/exchange policies, applicable only to products purchases directly from iPearl-Inc.com. For items purchased from our Amazon or Ebay stores, please refer to their individual return policies.
